What a beautiful day , summoned up some energy to cut one section of the lawn. Little bit of weeding saw two butterflies three ladybirds and lots of snails running for shade . My friendly Robin was watching me the whole time from the washing line waiting for me to move so he could swoop in on unexpected worms and bugs that I was disturbing. Tomorrow I hoping to get the hill done while the other half is about just in case I go a**e over t*t .

Daughter just reported thunder over Portsmouth . My little Grandpuppy is going nuts apparently.

Had power cut about half hour ago . Amesbury, Porton larkhill , durrington, bulford all without power for about 20 mins.

Ok fork lightning then a very loud crack made me jump as I was looking out of window . Set our car alarm off .

Thunder really close by now some very aggressive sounding bangs .

Can hear decent rumbles of thunder in distance.

Just boring old rain here . Only heard one big rumble of thunder earlier.

Heard a really loud bang . Thought I was going to have to bend over and kiss my a** goodbye Didn't realise thunder was lurking.

@*Stormforce~beka* yes he got on train safely. I was missing before we even left for train. He is my baby all 6ft of him. I miss all of them but finn a little bit more he keeps me grounded when i need it. So i will feel sad tonight and when i wake up in the morning the cat will get it lol

Just getting ready to drop my boy off at train station as he has to go back to Cardiff University today keeping close eye on weather that end . Miserable looking day here cold wet and windy.

Went out for a walk around this morning only thing I saw was a bin on its side. Still quite blowy here but dry .

Seems to be picking up a bit . Just had a big gust felt the window shake .
