Squall line just went through here. Lasted about 2 minutes and was insane.

Are there sites that show max recorded wind speeds around the area?

Thanks,

What's also quite crazy is that the Met Office has the yellow and amber warning valid from 3am Monday morning - hasn't even kicked in yet.

Just noticed that they extended the Amber to cover all the south coast now.

Look at Raintoday radar, now that's a squall line just heading towards London and another near the IOW

Quite an impressive one has just left Guernsey and is powering over the channel at an impressive rate too

Can't say i've ever seen two S-shaped squalls within the same vicinity before over any part of the UK. Both of which will be causing exceptional SLW gusts and precipitation. Likelyhood of a Tornado or two from these along the top and bottom areas of the squall-line.
