Let's make the most of this week's token frost tonight, it's been a once a week occurrence for several weeks now.

I might scrape some off the car and keep in the freezer to remind myself of what it looks like for the next mild winter 2017...

I've not had a frost for a while now, at least 2 weeks, probably more

What a Carry On these last few winters have been!

Being a snow lover, I'd go so far as to say they've all had it in fa me.

Today was spring in the office. The heating was turned up to address the cool few days and the sun was beaming in, forcing the interior temperature up to just over 24C. Few folks commenting on how warm it was today:rofl:

Some days it's harder than others to do the Lambeth walk. Full HD here

A couple of hours earlier over at Porthmeor https://www.facebook.com/TheBestOfSt.Ives/videos/971013759681274/

That reminds me of walking along the prom road in Scarborough; huge seas, waves crashing against the wall and going up vertical 20 or more feet. Hubby trying to get soaked, me trying to avoid it, guess which one of us caught the big one..... like a numpty I was so mesmerised at the force of it, the height it rose straight in front of me, I stood there thinking 'wow' completely forgetting what goes up, must come down. Doh!

Only people ive seen in this dire winter is Gail Forswinds and Harry Cain Watche. lol. But after all the hype Lotta Hottair turned up and trumped them both.

That's funny. Coming from a Spurs family, I got an unusual reaction when I showed my grandson a BBC programme about hurricanes!:D

Since 2013, I've barely seen a single flake!

Just had a look in the MAD thread........

They're now all chasing snow potential for next week, now we sit and wait as this also gets downgraded

We need an upgrade first before we can have our hopes smashed again as we are currently in mild sectors  :wallbash:

Truly terrible winter on top of two that were also quite bad back to back.

Haven't been on here for a few weeks, didn't know snow was forecast until a few moments ago. Then I had a brief look in the MOD thread and am I right in saying this is a north east event? Looking like some nice cold rain down here /sarcasm

I lived on top of the Chiltern hills in 90's and it was awful as a kid glued to the teletext weather and checking each news broadcast for the slightest glimmer of snow. Now it is even worse because we get all this false model information through internet to tease us down the garden path :wallbash:
