Just started raining here, judging by the raindar it's going to start lashing it down very shortly, just as I need to go to the shop.

Here in Central London, its pretty dark, the rain has started falling, gusts blowing around but still incredibly warm!

Yes... I too wasn't expecting the wind to increase in my area until around 17:00-18:00? :/
