Thick freezing fog here this morning. Temperature: -1.

Blue skies and sunny here but very frosty.

It's a bit foggy/misty here too, feels chilly. Must get my weather station fixed no access to temp or pressure

Fog was lifting but has rolled back in...its creepy out and freezing too.

Is rolling in quite quick now you can actually see it rolling past and no sun now

Still foggy here but not as thick as early this morning or last night. Hope it persists throughout the day.

Carlisle currently at -4C under fog...ice day inbound?

Fog is lifted earlier but I think the visibility is dropping again here now.

Another air frost, awoke to temp of -2.8 degrees at around 9, so not sure how low things got last night. Current temp 2.3 degrees, early clear skies are now overcast, I would describe things as misty rather than foggy. If we maintain the low cloud and mist then a chilly day is on the cards.

 

I would much rather have the current conditions, than wind, rain and mild westerlies/southwesterlies.

I was so surprised went out at 11am car read -1c for whole journey. It will go low tonight as the sun is not coming through and fog is lingering

Looks like the fog here is starting to lift, but it appears to just be lifting into low cloud.

Foggy here, really depressing the temperatures somewhat.  Cold spell still lingering on...

-1c thick freezing fog.... Looked like it was clearing, saw the sun for twenty minutes now fog has really closed in.... 2pm one pot chicken, mediterranean veg, chorizo potatoes going in oven, going to light the wood burner, open a nice bottle of wine and chill....
