Jim passed away on Nov 3rd 2014

 

Jim was one of the first to video a hurricane at ground level

 

Jim Williams over at Hurricane City is running Jim Leonard storm chase video's at the moment

 

You just go to http://www.hurricanecity.com/ and click on the Hurricane Tv link contained within his latest update
