No problems this end with it, and no other reports either. Perhaps try disabling any ad blockers or other plugins you're running.

Tried with different pc Chrome and IE which don't have any extra plugins installed and the same.

Are you choosing a date in the future?

It's a forecast feature not an archive one so doesn't display for past dates.

You've chosen the 6th of October which won't work. As Paul said you can only choose dates from the present and onwards.

Ahh I thought you could look at charts from say several days ago and then compare them to the tomorrows charts to see how they've changed.

Perhaps the description needs changing and the starting calendar only from today.
