You guys were so close. I would have been terrified!!! Look at all the traffic on the highway too!

 

Strangely not, the only scary moment was much later on from the El Reno Tornado, when we we stuck on a highway and the guy on the radio was shouting for everyone to get off the same highway as there was another tornado headed our way.. oh and there was huge green hail core behind us with 3 inch hail ! Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image

 

At that point though we didn't know about what happened to Twistex and the mother & the baby or the people who drowned in OKC. Had we known I'm sure it would have been different

we had to thread ourselves through a few risky areas of rotation and saw some cars that got caught.
