When the sun pops out it's like a lovely March day ..

Some nice sunshine here for most of the day in which it felt very pleasant out when i was cutting the grass,although it has clouded over now this evening. Max temp 17.7c,current temp 13.3c

Cloudy and cold again.

Must be on for one of the coldest Spring's in NI on record.

It might be an Irish record for cold in terms of the whole island because the constant attacks from the northwest see no signs of letting up. A bit of a break now and then. Summer it is not. Closer to Winter. We are coming in to June so this is pretty unique right now.

Nice wee thunder storm at the moment after a miserable bank holiday.

Had a heavy hail shower earlier with a flash and rumble. First in 2 years and a bit.

 

Looking ahead, I'm quite confident of a more settled spell for June.

I've all the Download festival goers excited at the prospects of the festival weather this year, running from 11-16th June, it's been looking alright until today. Hope it doesn't go tits up or I'll be sickened after promising a far more settled spell and sunnier than last year.

I'll be starting a new thread for Summer come 1st June aswell, so eyes open for that later in week.

Hows it going folks. Haven't been in here in a while but dropped in tonight as i have been following a live feed from the states. Some serious storms there at the minute!! We cry about a bit of rain and wind but this is crazy!!

Gonna get warm next week and gradually over this weekend but nice sunshine almost everywhere from Sunday and temperatures in to the mid twenties inland.
