Hi, i havent got photoshop and i want to open a kodak photo CD that has PCD files on it, is there any other software that can open PCD files? ,free software would be an advantage.

IrfanView (with the 4.33 plug in) will allow you to view pcd files. It is also a brilliant, free viewing / basic editing photo tool. Check it out here: http://www.irfanview.com/
