I thought I'd just pop this in, I got it last year from Steve M. It shows the time that the various model runs are published. New N-W residents may find it useful Posted Image

REMEMBER THESE TIMES ARE GMT (So add 1 hour during BST Posted Image )

Also worth pointing out that the METO produces an 'Extended Outlook' for a fortnight ahead, every day.

The BBC Weather people produce a monthly outlook every Monday.

Both can be found in the Internet/Media Forecast Forum here:

Thats because the +120 was posted at 22.11 last night and the +132 was posted at 10.09 this morning.

Here is the link mushy with all the times of the latest fax charts although these can vary slightly.

The T+24, 36, 48 and 72 are updated morning and evening.

The T+84 is only updated in the morning.

The T+96 and 120 are only updated late evening.

The T+108 and 132 are only updated late morning.

Just for that 'extra' clarity - thanks 492 :)

Hopefully as the 18Z run will come out an hour earlier soon, we will have more comments about it in the model thread. I have to admit, i can't be bothered to stay up every night to see what the 18Z is showing and i feel this may be the case with other members aswell.

If like me you find the release times of models confusing, and remembering where you can view each model...

I knocked up this page: http://www.bordersweather.co.uk/wxmodels.php so you can quickly see which models should be available and what times the models not yet available should be online.

Hope this helps....

Could someone in the know possibly verify I have the times correct please?

And also - does anyone know what time the GEM comes out??

Are there any models I have missed??

Is it worthwhile covering the NMM model that Netweather uses for the 48hr "in detail" for members??
