    Forecasts seem to have a much larger than normal penetration of lows from north to southern Europe. Is this in any way connected to the shifted polar vortex? Thanks in advance for any input : )

    Hey guys, Some weeks ago I found an article with plots of northern hemisphere stratospheric temperature deviation from normal during winter time (think it was Dec-Mar) through history. Think it was about 1980 to present. Cant seem to find it again, any help? : )
