About Me
Grew up near Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands during the skiing heydays of the 80's, so remember what winters used to mean - snow and lots of it.
By no means a weather expert, but studied meteorology in 1st year uni and climate change as part of my geology degree. From reading the forums and watching the charts can 'predict' possible snow event suitably well in advance to convince my friends I must know something about it....
Currently a research scientist in the petroleum industry. Snow/skiing fanatic in my spare time.
That about sums it up.
