Weather for Scotland. Showers will turn increasingly wintry during Sunday afternoon and evening across Scotland and will last through Monday. Localised accumulations of around 1-3cm snow are possible to low levels on Sunday night and particularly into Monday morning, with 10cm or more on high ground. Icy stretches are likely to form on untreated surfaces. The public should be aware that this could lead to travel disruption. Is this the start lol. :smilz38:

the gfs charts are showing good snowfall over scandi, but the temps are still above frezzing

that is very good, they just get better

Snowing now in Northern Scandi, but the temp is + 1-2c

Just watching the skiing on Eurosport, they are also predicting a lot of snow this week for western Europe.

Looking good now, and some snow forcast for some here next week

Never mind, i think by the end of this week will be a big change. High presure over northern europe is quickly moving away... Winter is coming.....!!

Does anyone have any previous data, or knowledge of 4 cold winters in a row ??. At 42 yrs of age i cant remember having more than 1 maybe 2 in a row regards.

Hi all, do you think its possible to have a fourth cold winter in a row. We have had a few now and wondered your thoughts on this years winter spell.
