Well, I’ve got snow coming down and it is pitching so I’m thrilled! Been a long wait.

Guys and gals - I need cheering up. A few flakes in the air and bright sunshine is all I’ve had near Padstow ?. Hoping tomorrow might fare a bit better. Have had to come on here and view your snow pics instead!

Really starting to blow hard now - can hear pots moving outside. Might be a bit messy in the morning...

Hi Fromey - you're near where I live (Constantine Bay) - hope we get something good. I quite like the sound of rain on a caravan roof but probably not good if you have little ones with you! Fingers crossed.

Oh dear - how quickly the excitement fades.... Still, bloomin' freezing this morning on Padstow quayside - quite a bit of sun but a perishing wind. Hot chocolate and a cake sort of weather methinks.

I love this forum - a bit if filth, some snow, a bit more filth and then some good-natured weather banter. What more could anyone ask for? Thanks to everyone for joining in - good luck with your snow hunt.

Lovely to see all the reports from Cornwall! Being on the coast we very rarely get anything at all so I'm pleased. Looks like Probus is kicking off!

Lovely heavy wintry shower a few minutes ago - hail and SNOW!! Woohoo. A little has settled so I am a happy bunny.
