Password reset link

I've tried to reset my password for Netweather Extra and I'm not getting a link sent to my email , requested one 3 times now. Is there a problem with it? Cheers

No problem with it as far as I'm aware, perhaps it's sending to another address - best to drop us a line here so we can confirm your account details:

Thanks Paul, It's worked in the past to my email address (terrible at remembering passwords!) but it usually sends the link right away.

Have you checked your spam folder, it may be in there? Also, if you use AOL then we're having occasional delivery problems to them as their servers keep deciding to delay email from us.

Checked the spam folder - nothing there.... Now I'm on AOL so that could be the problem!! We'll see if they turn up. Thanks for the help
