Sooner we get rid of this awful weather the better.
12.8c currently and I'm in the house drying next to gas fire after being forced to turn back due to rain.

...................and now at 9:45am replaced by the usual Cheshire weather dross. Overcast, temp has dropped back to 12c and yes you've guessed it....drizzly rain.

Variable cloud overnight. The day dawned with variable cloud and a few showers in the vicinity. After a moderate short shower around 06:00 GMT the morning so far has been overcast. Light rain spread in to the area around late morning and continued in a frequent showery nature all afternoon with the odd moderate to heavy burst. The showers became lighter in to the evening.
