A sunny day for once although hazy this morning, high today of 6.5c and now below freezing at -0.7c, frosty night in store at last!

A dry morning with areas of Ci and Acu limiting any sunshine to short intervals. The high and medium level cloud moved away by early afternoon and the rest of the day was dry and sunny.

Clear spells and a slight frost last night.

Thick fog persisted all morning and to 1400 this afternoon. Sunny spells to end the afternoon.

I was in Aberystwyth much of today, where it was sunny.

Very little wind. much cooler than of late.

Clear and frosty this evening.
