Clear spells with a slight frost last night, although breezier, cloudier and around 3c later with a few light showers.
Sunny this morning, cloud rapidly spread over and thickened midday to early afternoon. Periods of rain, often heavy since 1500, with a strong southerly wind.

Min: -0.7c @ 0100
Max: 8.0c currently
Rain yesterday: 13.6mm
Rain since 0900: 10mm approx

Currently: Wet and windy, heavy rain.
Temp: 8c
RH: 100%
Pressure: 987mbar, falling.

pretty sure i just seen lightning when i was outside, it may not have been but given the current conditions did just make me wonder. Can anyone confirm this?

Further rise in temperature to a maximum of 9.8c @ 2100. Less windy less wet now.

Temperature's are up to round about 8c plus now which is higher than it's been all day and still rising. Overcast and rainy.

not sure how well this will work to show my current weather. the equipment is on top of the local RLNI station. did anyone see the excellent episode of COAST today? all round the isle of man and surrounding isles they went. some lovely footage of my blessed isle :)

Had 17.0mm of rain today, and the persistant rain seems to be easing. Looks like some beefy showers to come though. Peak gust was 51.4mph, the winds seem to have eased considerably too.
