Reports & Pictures Chase Day 11 - Arizona

Well not so much an official chase day but just wanted to get away from the intense heat and a night of possible Star Photography in Sedona located about 80 miles up the I-17. But Storms were all over the Mogollan Rim on the way up so we got some nice daytime Lightning shots from a few storms milling around up there, all of there anvils put paid to the clear skies in the end. If we were chasing we would have been all over the Tucson (See Text Risk) in the Southern Senora Desert and probably shot Lightning until Midnight. Ho hum there is always next year for that.

Great Trip and flying home in 9 hours.
