Unfortunately I don't see any storm risk at all for today.
We have a cape of around 0-100 at best. Pretty much no lifted index. And overall, no storm risk.
Could well be some convective showers where the sun has been at work all day, but the chance of a storm today is almost non-existent.

Snow falling: 5
Snow Lying: 2 - 16/12/11. Heavy snow most of the morning into afternoon. Stopped 2pm. 2 inches. (20/02/12 - dusting)
Lowest temperature: -5.5C (10/02/12 @ 4:47am)
Ice days: 0
Frosts: 21
Air frosts: 15
Days with hail falling: 8

Agree chances look slim although the Blitzortung site is showing activity...

I think that might of expired now, there was a brief window of opportunity in the South East earlier this morning, but the GFS now shows the storm risk has dropped dramatically, below are this morning's storm risk and CAPE charts:


They were for 9am.
Now as we move on to the midday charts:


You can see from those that there's almost no chance of a storm, unless you live in the channel
Hardly warrants a UKASF watch if you ask me.
