Thames in flood January 2008 - it never really went down after the great flood of summer 2007! all that water moved down into the thames and it went up higher than in these photos! it broke record height on that flood. summer 2007 floods are on my video camera, il upload some stills when i get them off.(just a selection from my many photos taken over the years - some of my best and also recent photos are on film and in print, il get them on digital at some point)next photo i compare Jan2008 flooded thames to the drought of summer 2006, look at the weir waterfall! 2006-2008 is when i took these photos below.next is some sunsets and an impressive storm cell building upthese clouds below, blew in on a bitting easterly, either winter 2009 or 2010 not sure.and here is a washout, not sure when this was 2006 or 2007next is a pic of thundery weather that was building and giving lightning and thunder , this was august 2006 , after a hot drought summer july became thundery and this continued until september(if i remember correctly)with frequent activityAll in Surrey. moderators could you delete my first post as i have now re-sized images in this post thankyou.
