dry, cloudy, mainly upper cloud but a few patches lower Sc beneath, no wind, min temp=8.7C, now on 9.5C

Currently sunny, cloud is burning back (tho more is expected mid-morning as the warm front passes over before this evenings rain!) currently 16.3c after an overnight low of 9.3c
