got this tree opposite me, wondering what its called? blowing lots of dandelion type seeds off, looks like its been snowing continuously for 3 days, starting to 'lie' as well in sheltered areas

Willow does that, Norfolk probably the capital of willow in the UK, with the Broads. There are many kinds of Willow.

Same down here, for the last three days it's been snowing, in fact yesterday, large build up into "drifts" in certain places.
