Hi there.

When I try to create a blog, using the normal Netweather skin, the forum navigates to a blank page. When I try it using the Xmas skin, I navigate to my 'Manage Your Blogs' section of my profile, which is empty with no tabs letting me create a blog post.

Can anyone help?

Thanks :)

On the main Blog page is there a button to the right saying create a blog or add an entry? Click it and it should work. Not sure why you are getting a blank page. You can't create a blog from your profile doesn't matter what skin your using the forum skin has nothing to do with it.

Yes there is that button, but it takes me to this page:

http://forum.netweat...g&module=manage

Which for me on the main Netweather forum skin, is blank.

I'm getting a server error on the main skin as well must be something wrong I'm sure one of the technical team members will see this and fix it. Can you create a blog ok with the Christmas skin? Everything seems to be working for me.

The Xmas skin takes me to the same link that I posted above. It isn't a blank white page like it is on the default skin, but essentially the problem is the same.

I'll give it a bit of time if there is any technical problems. I'll post again on this thread when it is working :)

Thanks for your suggestions.

Just want to bump this as I'm still getting a blank page when attempting to create a new blog.

Hope all at Netweather are having a wonderful Christmas :)

NOTICE TO ADMINS:

The create-a-blog problem still exists, I have been googling around and have found this forum topic on the IP.Board support forums.

Hopefully the issue can be rectified soon? :)

I am having trouble creating a blog. Whenever I click "Add Entry" it doesn't load. It just stays on the page as if I never clicked anything. Any help?
Winter 2011-12:
04 Dec, Brief wet snow shower in the evening.
16-17 Dec, Outbreaks of wet snow and sleet.
18 Dec, Heavy snow from 8.30am, stopped at 9.30 but gave a 2cm covering, thawed after lunch.
02 Feb, Light snow showers in the morning, no lying snow.
04 Feb, Light snow beginning around 2:30pm, becoming heavy and settling eventually. Non-stop until midnight, with 9cm depth.
05 Feb, Lying snow of 9cm, slow thaw starting eventually with high temperature of 2.0c.
06 Feb, Patches of snow and slushy snow on roads, rapid thaw underway.
09 Feb, Light snow on-and-off from 6pm, giving a light covering on top of leftovers. Eventually turning to freezing rain later in the evening.
10 Feb, Dusting of snow from flurries overnight.
18 Feb, Sleet showers in the evening.
04 Apr, A return to winter with snow showers all morning.

Days with snow falling: 9 (Dec-Feb)
Days with snow lying (9am): 4 (Dec-Feb)
Max snow depth: 8cm (04/02/2012)
Max temp: 16.0c (23/02/2012)
Min temp: -5.8c (11/02/2012)

Sorry Shuggee, should have updated this, we swapped emails earlier this week. It looks like an Invision bug (again), we're waiting on some feedback.

This is hopefully fixed - you'll have to re-make your blog as the problem was that it didn't create itself properly on the system.

Please shout if it still gives you problems though.
