What is up with the ITV website, including the ITV Weather website?

Plus I think the ITV Weather needs a bit of a facelift, any news on this?

Given that Sky seems to have recently updated its graphics and BBC signed a new contract with the Met Office, I'm hoping BBC will update its look soon. Though no news or rumours on that one.

BBC has only recently been updated, I rarely use it anyway as the BBC website is atrocious.
