Was watching bbc weather whist i was getting ready for college this morning when this came up i had to take a picture because i found it quite funny! lol watch out cornwall!

Yes it's quite common.
May to the 6th
Mean Max 11.5c (-6.0c)
Mean Min 7.3c (-0.6c)
Mean 9.4c (-3.3c)

I've noticed this a fair bit too. I guess it's what happens if a certain piece of data is accidentally omitted.
