After a crazy month in June 4 named storms occurred. Zero Have formed in July.
Making this the first time since 1966 when The Satellite era began where no named storm has formed in the East Pacific in July.

Unless you count Tropical Depression 06E. But yeah, no named storms at all which is surprising.

Rainfall 2011: 585.1mm (dry again!)
