Liverpool did well tonight winning 4-0 against Toulouse and Rangers also did well to get the Draw they needed to go to the group stages, Arsenal and Celtic tomorrow night of which i am confident both will get through.

Strange game the Liverpool game. Neither side seemed very interested and was very boring to watch. I gave up at three nil and turned it off. Considering the money at stake I'd have thought they'd be more urgency.

I think Rangers will do well to beat Stuttgart, but we can dream!

You're optimistic about Rangers Zach! Although I suppose after last week, anything can happen in football

Another minor miracle, I don't see the away game being the same as that one though.

Well that will be Rangers' easiest game so I suppose they had to win it. However, Lyon are struggling this year compared to last 2 or 3 years so perhaps just a glimmer of light for orange people.
It was a joy to watch Shahktar - they are the best team I've seen this season - their '3rd' goal just before the half hour was total football - one touch stuff around Celtic's box only to be spoiled by a Stevie Wonder linesman.
Do Celtic honestly think they can make an impression in the Champions League by signing Hibs, Motherwell and Dundee Utd players! Although Scott Brown is quality.
Arsenal's win over Sevilla was very impressive given the quality of the opposition although the Spaniards will probably beat them on their own turf.

Something has to give though Zach. Rangers top of the league, winning in Europe and Scotland top of the group of death for Euro 2008. The only way is painful and down...(sorry, I've been a Rangers/Scotland fan long enough to know that miracles don't happen).
