Not so fast Magpie, don't think Kia is going to be too happy about this:
If he does leave all money goes to West Ham, which leaves Kia out of pocket so to speak unless he makes an illegal third party deal with Man U as well, damn complicated this whole Tevez affair is, but now we are safe in theory West Ham are in a sort of win-win situation, we either get 20 milion or keep him for the rest of his contract!

Hmm, you need to be a Philadelphia lawyer to understand this saga.

thts it??..jeez..ive seen far worse on a pitch than what keane did 2 haarland...20 years ago tht kind of tackle(yes it was 2years in the making and full of intent) was common place...mind u if memory serves.. haarland wasnt exactly lily white in the whole episode!..keane was the type of player i used 2 luv playing against...and would have played in any team in the world at his peak...no nonsense hard tackling powerful...tremendous player!

Great player, ruined himsell cos hes a thug!! plain n simple. And hes still an ignorant Irish nacker.

Tevez's move to United has stalled due to the Premier League's insistence that West Ham must receive the bulk of the reported £30million fee.
SO WHATS SO WRONG WITH THAT?????
and why are the premier League demanding this? Is their something we dont know?
Of course i should not tar the righteous image of Tevez's representative, businessman Kia Joorabchian, who says he owns the player's economic rights should I,,,,?
It rolls on and on yet Mr Scudamore still sits atop the Premier League as though nothings wrong, shame, fiasco, colombian raffle are my words in mind!
and yes, i am a Sheff Utd supporter, but a happy one outside of the "great premier rock and roll league swindle"

You might be off up at this rate, the FA say they may still deduct points from West Ham.

I'm not a betting person but i've just put my first ever bet on.
You may laugh... £10 on Newcastle to come top if you take away Man Utd and Chelsea.
The odds were 1/25.

A decent chance there, far stranger things have happened, i predict the Mags to be a different proposisition this coming season, but i say that every year, lol.

Shock prediction - Arsenal to drop out of the top 4

Especially if they replace Henry with Martins.

If the toon can keep hold of Owen and maybe buy a quality striker to replace Martins if he goes (Defoe/Nugent maybe) as well as a decent left back (Baines or Shorey), then I can see it being a straight fight between Spurs and the Toon for 4th place, now that we have a decent manager.

As for the Mackems, and their so called thug - The real hard man of football (Shearer) would have knocked him into the next decade if they hadn't been kept apart at St James Park in 2001.

Hello stu, i agree Arsenal may well struggle this season, and aye shearer loved getting Keano sent off <_<

I've got a free £10 for another bet now.
Newcastle are 1/40 to score the most goals in the opening weekend
Thinking about it, or maybe i'll save it for another time.

I'm a bit worried about Martins, I think he is a great player and could still improve loads, especially under Big Sam. I don't think he'll be content with sitting on the bench though, and Allardyce has already hinted at an Owen Viduka partnership. Then theres Ameobi whos good and he also wants to revive Luque. Then theres Andy Carroll coming through, for a change we have plenty of options :)

Yes, great stuff up front MCT, but the defence needs some urgent surgery, nevertheless, im looking forward to this season with more optimism than for a long time.
