These 2 features have just been added to the site to help you following both the current and forecast action in the US.

Firstly, a regularly updated watch map (using watches from the NOAA). This shows the locations and details of all current severe storm and tornado watches in the USA. Updated several times an hour:

Secondly, using the GFS 0.5 degree model, a selection of charts from the USA enabling you to view the latest forecast conditions and perhaps even help Paul, Os and the team selecting target areas while they're out there.

And seeing as I am in final training preparations i will try a Target area today and see how it pans out. I am going for Childress in North West Texas near to the Panhandle and Oklahoma border for today, just slightly out of the Moderate Risk Box but firmly in the Slight Risk area.
