I didn't bother putting any information in the cookie setting on my board and people still stay logged in, so I'm not 100% sure what the idea of the cookie settings are.

And I apologise to Thundery that my idea didn't solve your problem.

I haven't touched the cookie settings to be honest and i suspect that would have been the first thing that Invision checked just now so i'm guessing they're ok
I think it must be a localised problem that only effects people with certain setups..

If you click the link at the bottom of the forum which says 'delete all cookies set by this board' it may help (you will get logged out when you do that).
Another thing to try is to clear all the cookies from your browser - you do this (assuming you have internet explorer) by going to the tools menu, then selecting internet options and then clicking the delete cookies button

Open Spy Sweeper
Click on "Options" on the left
Click on "Sweep Options" at the top
Now Untick "Sweep Cookies"
Now go into Internet Explorer
Tools >> Internet Options
Delete Cookies
Delete Files
Clear History
Now log-in again, close Internet Explorer, re-open Internet Explorer and go to net-weather again. Does it stay logged in?
