For anyone interested in my ramblings via my blog, I am gutted to report that Grandad passed away at 4.10am this morning. I have mixed emotions - am relieved he is no longer suffering, but am gutted his big personality is no longer part of our lives. He really will be missed - even the bloody doctors receptionist (and we all know what dragons they can be!) was choked up when dad called them this afternoon to let them know.
